the Cage Rules
The following rules and expectations are intended to provide a safe environment for all Cage patrons. Your compliance is crucial so that everyone’s experience is a safe and enjoyable one. Non-compliance will lead to your dismissal from the facility. We appreciate your cooperation with this!

House Rules:

1. ALL fees must be paid in full, and waiver signed before an individual or group is allowed to take to the cages.
2. Any person entering the facility is expected to maintain proper judgement concerning their safety and the safety of others.
3. An onsite adult/coach is required for anyone under the age of 16 entering the facility.
4. Adults are responsible for the actions of their participant(s). Horseplay along with inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
5. Athletic shoes and turf shoes are the only footwear allowed in the facility. No metal or molded cleats will be permitted.
6. To limit clutter and tripping hazards we encourage all sports bags to remain in the designated areas. Only bring in equipment that is needed.
7. No outside food or drink, other than water and sports drinks, may be brought into the facility.
8. No gum or sunflower seeds allowed in the facility.
9. No cigarettes or other tobacco products allowed in the facility.
10. No SPITTING is permitted within the facility.
11. Please make sure to dispose of trash properly.
12. Injuries can result from the use of any and all machines. Users should assume the inherent risk associated with these machines.
13. Absolutely, under no circumstances, should any equipment be taken from the facility.
14. Be respectful of the facility and leave things better than you found them!!
Cage Rules:

Non-participants are not permitted in the cage area.

Helmets must be worn by all hitters in the batting cages.

Hanging and pulling of the batting cage netting is prohibited.

Machines should only be adjusted for speed/pitch/height.
Fitness Rules:

Non-participants are not permitted in the fitness area.

The fitness area is designated for team use only. A booking is required.

Injuries can result from the use of any and all fitness machines. Users should assume the inherent risk associated with these machines. (Err on the side of caution. If you don’t know how to use it, don’t!)
